What a cute way to announce his birthday! I will have to get some chalk and steal your idea.
Happy Birthday Loudon!

Dear MG, HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LOUDON :) He looks like he is having a wonderful time! I think he may spend part of his birthday in the bath!

Beautiful photos of a lovely little boy. I see those curls are still intact after his recent haircut...just a teeny weeny bit food laden though ;)

Hey Nola! Glad to spark your inner child. ;-) We have a lot of fun with sidewalk chalk. One fun thing to do is chalk outlines of everyone--pets included, and then decorate them.

Dear Shy Songbird,

Loudon knows how to have a good time--even bath time is an adventure for him. Yes, his curls are still there. Thank you for your kind words.

Happy Happy Birthday Loudon!!! Two years old! Time sure flies. Looks like he was thoroughly enjoying himself. Isn't that nice to see?

Dear Cheryl,

Loudon always knows how to have fun--messy fun. If not his food, it's mud, dirt, grass, paints...anything is fair game for him.

Dear Susie,

He is a funny little boy. He has brought so much joy to us.

Dear Gail,

No matter how big our children get, they are still our babies. All it takes is one moment to bring back all those memories. Boys will be boys... ;-)

Cute little boy!
Happy Birthday Loudon!

Wendy, time does have a way of getting away from us! We have so enjoyed this little man, though. He does know how to have fun.

Hugs,
Jenny

Sue, one thing Loudon is not, is camera shy. His mother is a professional photographer, and he is used to having cameras on him all the time.

Thank you Urban Green, it was a very good birthday celebration.

Oh my! He sure knows how to have fun.

Looks like he thoroughly enjoyed that birthday cake! And the haircut hasn't taken away all those cute curls:) Two is such a cute age; I know you must be enjoying every minute with him. A late Happy Birthday, Loudon!

Dear Marie,
Loudon always knows how to have a good time, and it is so much fun watching his sense of humor develop.

Dear Rose,
Yes, I think those curls were never in any danger. He had a great birthday with lots of yard and garden tools to help his grammy.

Dear Marnie,
Loudon IS the party! ;-) He knew he was supposed to perform, and he didn't disappoint us.

Dear Monica,
I can't think of anything more fun than chocolate on a birthday, and neither can Loudon--if you ask him what his favorite food is, he says very solemnly, "Choc-a-lote"!

Dear Lancashire Rose,
I think two year old's can teach us all a lot about enjoying life to the fullest--he certainly doesn't worry about messes!

Dear Ozark Farm Gal,
It is so good to hear from you! How have you been? We are all doing well. I have just been busy with all the grands. Mom is planning on coming down for the holidays--she hasn't been feeling well, so I have been concerned for her--can't wait to get her down here and spoil her a little.

Dear Debbie in CA,

It is so good to hear from you! Aren't children wonderful? They know how to live in the moment and enjoy it to the fullest--I think Loudon got more cake on him than in him!

Dear IGW,
