A journal of a gardener in Round Rock, Texas learning how to deal with clay and limestone "soil" and the heat! Whew! But also the joy that comes from getting out in the garden and enjoying nature and family.

Happy Easter
This little bunny has hopped by to wish everyone a very happy Easter.
Poor Bocephus puts up with so much for us...can you see Tucker in the background watching on? He's just grateful it's not his turn! A very happy Easter to you too.
Happy Easter to you, too! P.S. My cats are snickering right now saying something about dogs, pleasing, and ridiculous! I can't make it all out, because despite years of exposure, I can't fully interpret cat language! LOL! :)
Monica, I see you are a student in the fine art of Cat-ese. I also have devoted years to it...and still struggle with the finer points--but I am quite sure Tucker is laughing his furry little heart out. ;-)
Nola, yeah, I probably should have worked with him a little more to get him in a better mood, but I thought if I did it real quick, the element of surprise would be in my favor. Have a wonderful Easter!
LOL, Bocephus makes quite a handsome Easter "bunny." And what a nice guy for being willing to pose for you; none of the pets here will allow anything on their heads for more than a few seconds.
Thank you Rose! I will tell Bo you said that. Maybe it will alleviate some of his hurt feelings at being so mistreated...he puts up with so much just for our amusement. ;-) He got us back though, by eating Char's white chocolate bunny, and a plastic one too. I don't know if white chocolate is as dangerous as regular chocolate (my vet told me dark chocolate was the worst), but he promtly threw it up so I didn't have to make him. Silly dog.

HA, Jenny, happy Easter to you and yours also.
Frances
I was going to try that will my little pup, but I don't think he'll be quite as cooperative. Have a safe and happy Easter!
He doesn't look too happy to me! Tucker does look like he's thinking, I'm just staying back here so they don't get any ideas!
LOL, I think he's a little embarrassed:) And the kitty doesn't know whether to run and hide or laugh.
Marnie
Awwww - what a cute easter bunny! Happy Easter to you too!
Well now . . . when that pic loaded I was COMPLETELY caught off guard and laughed out loud! Thanks for the jubilant Easter greetings.
Wishing you a wonderful Easter, as well. : D
A very large bunny you have there! Such a sweetie for posing-even though he looks a little embarrassed. :) Happy Easter!

Frances, glad you stopped by to see my foolishness--but I am very serious about wishing everyone a very Happy Easter.

Susie, I think Tucker was quite happy to have Bo indure the indignity of bunny ears--he KNOWS I better not even try anything like that to him!
Marnie, Tucker was too busy laughing at Bo to run--but Bo's sister, Chrissy runs behind the bed the minute I try anything costume related.

Hope you had a wonderful Easter!
